BEATBOX & MACHINES
The POTSIKEI duo offers several educational programs based on Human Beatbox and Electronic Machines :
• A workshop intended for all audiences, whether they are initiated into music or not.
• A Masterclass, intended for audiences with some musical experience (emerging artists, school orchestras, CHAM/CHAD classes, conservatory students, other more intensive musical training programs...)
With a rich and eventful artistic life behind them, Emmanuel and Stephen have always dedicated part of their time to passing on their knowledge and experiences, considering Art as a natural pretext for meeting.

Human Beatbox
Human beatboxing is a vocal art that consists of creating music using the vocal apparatus, that is to say : the mouth,
the lips, the nose and the throat.
In addition to imitating percussion and certain instruments, beatboxing also allows you to produce
a wide range of timbres and sonic textures.
Electronic Machines
Electronic machines, such as synthesizers, are instruments that use electronic circuits capable of creating and modulating sounds in the form of electrical signals.
They can be used to imitate traditional musical instruments, but also to create completely original sounds.
PROGRAM
Depending on the age, level of the participants and the time available, different aspects will be addressed: rhythm, harmony, body, sound, timbre, effects, frequencies, sampling...
Using your voice or your hands to create, what could be more intuitive?!
Our workshop will be an opportunity to build rhythms, combine sounds, imitate instruments, shape sound textures...with the aim of playing together around our atypical practices.
Our packages can be adapted to your budget, the number of participants, the technical conditions and the time available.
